Solution Blueprint Terms
Solution Blueprint sessions are strategic consulting engagements intended to evaluate business challenges and recommend opportunities. These terms apply to paid Solution Blueprint bookings made through peachity.com and supplement our Terms of Use.

Payment
Payment is required at booking through Stripe via Cal.com.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may cancel your Solution Blueprint session for a full refund if you do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session one time if requested before the scheduled start time. Additional rescheduling requests may be declined or subject to a rescheduling fee.
If Peachity needs to reschedule your session, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund.
Nature of the engagement
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Solution Blueprint sessions are advisory and strategic in nature and do not include implementation work.
Deliverables
Deliverables may include recommendations, documentation, workflows, wireframes, or strategic guidance, depending on the engagement purchased. Deliverables are licensed for your internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables specifically created for their engagement. Peachity retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, processes, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Project credit
If you move forward with a Peachity project within 30 days of your session, the full Blueprint fee is credited toward your engagement.
No guarantee
Recommendations do not guarantee revenue, growth, investment, search rankings, conversions, funding, or other business outcomes.
Refunds after delivery
Once a session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or where Peachity could not deliver the session as booked.
Confidential information
Non-public business information you share for a Solution Blueprint session will be treated with reasonable care and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to provide the session, comply with legal obligations, or with your permission.
