This Privacy Policy explains how Peachity (“Peachity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit peachity.com, submit an inquiry, book a Solution Blueprint session, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Who we are
Peachity is a digital experience and systems design studio. Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through peachity.com/contact.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide, including your name, email address, company, website, project details, budget, goals, and responses submitted through our forms.
- Scheduling information associated with appointments.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, UTM parameters, approximate location derived from IP, and security logs.
- Payment information is processed securely by Stripe through Cal.com. Peachity does not store full payment card information.
3. How we use information
To respond to inquiries, evaluate projects, deliver services, communicate with clients, improve the website, measure marketing performance, detect fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect our business. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies, local storage, and Google Analytics 4 to improve performance, understand website usage, and remember preferences. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may also be used to protect forms against spam and bots. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
5. Service providers
Current providers include:
- Vercel — Hosting and global content delivery
- Supabase — Database, storage, and authentication
- Cal.com — Scheduling and appointment management
- Stripe — Secure payment processing
- Google Analytics 4 — Website analytics
- Cloudflare Turnstile — Spam and bot protection (when configured)
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
6. Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary, generally up to 24 months for inactive inquiries unless longer retention is legally required.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. Submit requests through our contact page. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
8. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed toward children under 16.
10. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, secure hosting, and restricted administrative access. No security system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
