Peachity works in five stages: understand, review, design, build, and run. Most engagements begin with a Production Readiness Review or a free first conversation. The findings set the scope of fixed-price engineering work, and optional monthly plans support the software after launch.

How does an engagement with Peachity start?
With a free first conversation. We'll learn what you've built and what you need, then recommend a starting point, usually a Production Readiness Review, and send a written proposal with a fixed price.
Do you work on software built with AI tools like Cursor, Lovable, or Replit?
Yes. Most of our clients arrive with software built using AI tools or a small team. We keep what works, fix what will break, and get it ready for real customers.
Is every engagement fixed price?
Yes. Reviews and engineering work are scoped and priced before work begins. Monthly plans have reserved hours, billed in advance.
What happens after launch?
You can keep Peachity on through Production Partner, for ongoing engineering, or Fractional CTO, for technical leadership. Both are optional, and the software and documentation are always yours.
Who will I work with?
Peachity's founder leads every engagement and remains accountable for its technical direction and quality. When a project calls for additional depth or capacity, such as a specific platform, a security specialty, or a larger build, we bring in engineers selected for that work, and the proposal defines who is involved.
