FAQ
Clear answers to common questions about scope, pricing, and how we work.
- The prices shown are starting points for common scopes. Final pricing depends on the number of screens or pages, custom functionality, integrations, content needs, data migration, timeline, and technical complexity. After discovery, you will receive a clear proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing before work begins.
- Website builders are useful when you need a simple online presence and are comfortable working within a template. Peachity is for founders and growing teams that need stronger strategy, clearer positioning, custom user experiences, better conversion paths, connected workflows, or functionality that standard templates cannot provide. We design around your business rather than forcing your business into a template.
- Off-the-shelf software is great for getting started, but it forces your business to adapt to its limitations. As you scale, you often end up duct-taping three or four generic tools together — which leads to manual data entry, lost leads, and a clunky client experience. We build custom, unified systems that work the way your practice or studio actually operates, eliminating the friction of disconnected software.
- Hiring a solo developer works well if you already know the architecture you need and have time to project-manage the build. Peachity is an execution-focused partner. We don't just write code — we audit operational bottlenecks, map the strategic solution, and build systems designed for long-term stability and security. You are investing in operational relief, not just a digital asset.
- No. Many clients know the problem but not the right solution. The Solution Blueprint is designed for that situation. We review how your business works, identify friction and opportunities, and recommend the most practical path forward before you commit to a larger engagement.
- Yes. If you move forward with a Peachity project within 30 days of your Solution Blueprint session, the Blueprint fee is applied in full toward that engagement.
- You may cancel for a full refund at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule one time if requested before the scheduled start. Additional rescheduling may be declined or subject to a fee. If Peachity needs to reschedule, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund. Once a session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you move forward with a Peachity project within 30 days, the Blueprint fee is credited in full toward that engagement. Within 5 business days after your session, you'll receive a written summary with recommended priorities, solution options, and a phased roadmap.
- Yes. Intelligent Solutions is designed for businesses that already have a website, CRM, or portal. We layer a website chatbot, AI voice agent, or workflow automation onto what you run today — without requiring a full rebuild unless you separately choose that path. See /intelligent-solutions for capabilities and starting prices.
- Standalone Intelligent Solutions start around $3,500 for a content-trained website or portal chatbot, $5,000 for workflow automation, $6,000 for an AI voice agent for intake, routing, or after-hours FAQs, and $11,000 for advanced multi-step workflows. Final pricing depends on integrations, training content, channels, and rollout needs.
- No. We may use AI-assisted tools internally to improve speed and quality, but custom AI features are not automatically included in the project scope. AI assistants, document processing, intelligent workflows, recommendations, and similar capabilities are optional enhancements that are separately designed, scoped, and priced — either standalone or as a project add-on.
- Yes. Solutions can be designed so intelligent features and automation can be introduced in phases. This is often the best approach when the core workflow should be validated before adding more advanced functionality.
- Yes. Intelligent Solutions is scoped for businesses that already run on established tools. Start with a chatbot from around $3,500 or a voice agent from around $6,000, then expand into deeper workflow automation as needed — without replacing a working website, portal, or operations platform unless that is separately agreed.
- Yes. When chatbots, voice agents, or automation are scoped into a Peachity website, portal, or operations project, starting points are typically 15–20% below standalone rates — for example, a knowledge assistant from around $2,800 instead of $3,500 standalone. Shared discovery, architecture, and integrations are part of the same engagement. Third-party AI, voice, messaging, and API usage fees apply on both paths.
- Every project includes discovery, strategy, UX planning, visual design, development, testing, 30 days of launch support, and clear handoff documentation. The exact deliverables vary by engagement and will be defined in your proposal.
- We work with ambitious founders, established service businesses, membership brands, studios, agencies, and growing teams that need more than an off-the-shelf setup. Whether you are launching something new or improving an existing business, Peachity brings strategy, UX, design, development, and systems thinking together under one roof. Best suited to teams ready to move beyond templates, fragmented tools, and generic customer experiences — not every early idea, but serious founders and growing businesses ready to invest in a stronger digital foundation.
- Yes, when there is a clear business need and the investment can produce a practical return. Founders and smaller teams often begin with a Solution Blueprint or a Brand Presence engagement. More complex portals and operations systems are best suited to organizations with enough volume, staff, or operational complexity to justify custom development.
- Yes. Peachity is well suited to growing organizations that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected software, manual processes, or generic customer experiences — and to founders building the next version of their business — when there is no internal product team to design and build the right solution.
- Focused strategy and website engagements may take several weeks. Client portals, operations platforms, and custom products often take longer depending on scope, approvals, integrations, and content readiness. A realistic timeline will be included in your proposal.
- Projects are typically billed in scheduled milestones rather than one large payment. The payment structure will be outlined in the proposal. Ongoing retainers are billed monthly.
- Every project includes 30 days of launch support. After that, you can choose an ongoing plan — Maintain ($149/month), Improve ($495/month), Grow (from $1,500/month), or Product Partner (from $3,500/month) — depending on how much continued involvement you need. Maintain and Improve can also be paid annually. These plans focus on access, updates, and review — not hosting or infrastructure management unless separately agreed.
- Maintain is for occasional updates and a reliable place to return. Improve adds regular small improvements and optimization. Grow provides reserved strategy, design, and development capacity for an active roadmap. Product Partner is for business-critical platforms and SaaS. We will recommend the lightest plan that still meets your needs — not the most expensive one.
- Unless specifically stated in the proposal, third-party costs such as hosting, domains, payment processing, email services, AI API usage, text messaging, storage, or paid integrations are billed separately by the provider.
- Often, yes. We can evaluate your existing software and determine whether it should be integrated, configured differently, replaced, or left in place. We do not recommend custom development when an existing tool already solves the problem well.
- Ownership terms will be clearly defined in the proposal. In most custom engagements, the client owns the approved final deliverables after all invoices are paid, while Peachity retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, processes, and reusable components.
- Send an inquiry with what you are trying to build, or book a Solution Blueprint session if you want a structured planning call first. We will cover your goals, current challenges, budget, timeline, and the business result you are trying to achieve.
