Our approach
From working software to production.
Peachity reviews, strengthens, and launches software built with AI tools, then supports it in production. For non-technical founders, we serve as fractional CTO: architecture, vendors, developers, hiring, and AI decisions, with one accountable lead.
For lean teams, that means fixing what matters first and leaving what works alone, so the budget goes to the issues that would actually hurt the business.
Who we partner with
Founders building lean
Bootstrapped SaaS founders
A product with paying customers and no senior engineer reviewing what's been built.
Non-technical founders
Founders who need architecture, vendor, and hiring decisions made with experience.
Growing companies
Teams whose internal tools and integrations are starting to strain under growth.
What we help solve
Where MVPs start to strain
Code no one else can maintain
The product was built fast, and a new developer can't safely change it.
Secrets left in the code
Keys, credentials, and access that were fine for a demo, not for customers.
Choosing who builds next
Agency, freelancers, a first hire, or AI tools, and no one to help you decide.
AI spend creeping up
Model costs that made sense at ten users don't at ten thousand.
Capabilities
What we do
How we work
Remote by design. Built for momentum.
Engagements run on Central Time-friendly schedules, with visible progress between sessions and decisions kept close to the work.
Every engagement is led by Peachity's founder and begins with a written proposal. Reviews and engineering are fixed price; monthly plans have reserved hours.
The first conversation is free. Most clients start with a Production Readiness Review, which sets the scope for fixed-price Production Engineering.
FAQ
Common questions
Do we need to rebuild our MVP?
Usually not. We strengthen what you've built rather than starting over, unless starting over is genuinely cheaper. The review tells you which.
Can you help us decide who to hire?
Yes. As fractional CTO, we define the roles, run technical interviews, and help your first engineers get productive.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Peachity is based in Seattle and works with companies across the United States. Reviews, engineering, and fractional CTO engagements all run remotely, with structured sessions and visible progress between them.
How do we start?
With a free first conversation about what you've built or what you're building. We'll recommend a starting point, usually a Production Readiness Review or Fractional CTO, and send a written proposal before any work begins.
