Our approach
From working software to production.
Peachity reviews, strengthens, and launches software built with AI tools, then supports it in production. For non-technical founders, we serve as fractional CTO: architecture, vendors, developers, hiring, and AI decisions, with one accountable lead.
Seattle is our home base, so local engagements can include in-person working sessions when a review readout, an architecture decision, or a hiring plan is better done in the same room.
Who we partner with
Founders and operators building on software
Founders with an AI-built product
You built with Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or a small team, and customers or revenue now depend on it.
Non-technical founders
You're building a software company and need senior technical leadership without a full-time CTO.
Established businesses
Companies launching a first software product or replacing tools the business has outgrown.
What we help solve
Where working software stops short
Unclear what was built
The product works, but no one can say whether it's secure, reliable, or maintainable.
Launch is close, risk is unknown
Customer data, payments, and permissions need review before real users arrive.
No one owns the technology
Developers and vendors are shipping, but no one is setting direction or holding the bar.
AI that needs guardrails
An agent or AI feature needs permissions, monitoring, and cost control before it runs every day.
Capabilities
What we do
How we work
Local when valuable. Remote by design.
Seattle engagements can include in-person working sessions when they improve alignment. Day-to-day delivery remains structured, responsive, and easy to follow.
Every engagement is led by Peachity's founder and begins with a written proposal. Reviews and engineering are fixed price; monthly plans have reserved hours.
The first conversation is free. Most clients start with a Production Readiness Review, which sets the scope for fixed-price Production Engineering.
FAQ
Common questions
Is Peachity only for Seattle clients?
No. Peachity is based in Seattle and works with founders and companies locally and across the United States.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. In-person sessions are available for Seattle-area engagements when they will materially improve a review readout, an architecture decision, or planning.
Can you review software built with AI tools?
Yes. A Production Readiness Review covers security, data, reliability, cost, and AI behavior, with ranked findings and a plan to fix what matters first.
How do we start?
With a free first conversation about what you've built or what you're building. We'll recommend a starting point, usually a Production Readiness Review or Fractional CTO, and send a written proposal before any work begins.
